Lindberg discovered this during his own experience which he shared in his latest book 633 Days Inside: Lessons on Life and Leadership.

ORLANDO, FL, April 20, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ — Understanding aging and exploring how people can live longer has been important to the scientific community around the world. However, Greg Lindberg, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and author turned wellness advocate, provides a much simpler explanation of the aging process and ways to slow it down.

Lindberg said simple daily habits like fasting, cold exposure, eating better and exercising can help reverse aging process and keep you younger longer. He discovered this during his own experience which he shared in his latest book 633 Days Inside: Lessons on Life and Leadership.

“As we age, our bodies start to change, we slow down mentally and physically and become prone to health issues like chronic disease,” Lindberg said. “I started to experience this myself as I got older. Just a few years ago, I was unhealthy and had many health issues.”

According to National Institute on Aging (NIA), aging is associated with changes in biological, physiological, environmental, psychological, behavioral, and social processes. Age-related issues could include decline in function and daily life activity and vulnerability to chronic disease and disability.

Lindberg said he was experiencing many of those physical, behavioral and biological issues until a few years ago. “My hair slowly turned grey, I gained weight, and had ongoing sleep and anxiety issues. I was also on several medications to help me address my sleep, anxiety and other health issues,” he said.

Lindberg transformed his health after altering his daily habits and making his health and wellness a priority. Lindberg says his ongoing health issues began to dissipate after he started fasting, taking cold showers, improving his diet and exercising regularly.

“I started writing down my goals, and made a commitment to my daily routine,” Lindberg said. “I fast three to four days a week, exercise daily, take cold showers several days a week and eat a healthy diet. I do this repeatedly and regularly.”

As a result, Lindberg’s health and wellness has transformed. He believes his ongoing commitment to those daily habits has helped him improve his mind, body and overall health. That’s why he shared his experience in his latest book 633 Days Inside.

“I’ve never been healthier, happier and stronger,” said Lindberg. “My hair has turned into its original color, my fine lines have minimized, my health issues have disappeared and I’m off any medication.”

Throughout this experience, Lindberg relied on the power of science as a guide to transform his health. He studied existing scientific research to understands the concept of aging and how his wellness daily habits helped him reverse his aging process.
