Quincy Valencia Joins as VP & Research Director in Human Capital Management

In this regard, Ventana Research announces the hiring of Quincy Valencia as Vice President and Research Director. Quincy is joining the analyst team reporting to Robert Kugel, our Senior Vice President and Research Director, who is responsible for our overall business research.
Quincy will lead the market coverage and expertise in human capital management (HCM) for Ventana Research, covering applications and technology that improve the impact and value of the workforce. Her detailed focus areas include payroll management, employee experience, learning management, talent management, total compensation management and workforce management.
Quincy is an innovative executive with extensive experience in HR and HCM technologies. She has a unique background, having worked both as a HCM practitioner and technology provider. Prior to joining Ventana Research, she served as VP of Product Innovation with AMS, and designed and launched the first end-to-end conversational platform for the hourly workforce. Previously, she held technology and leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies including ADP and The Home Depot. Quincy holds a master’s degree in HR Management and a bachelor’s degree in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami.
