Company expands footprint from water safety to safe drinking water
LOUISVILLE, KY, November 08, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ — FROGGLEZ swim goggles is excited to announce a partnership with WaterStep that expands our philanthropic footprint to include delivering safe drinking water to children around the world. We believe kids should be safe around water and water should be safe for kids. Unfortunately, we live in a world where 6,000 children die every day from waterborne illness. Illnesses that are almost all preventable.
Frogglez goggles give kids what they need to fearlessly explore the wonders of swimming, boating, snorkeling, fishing, and more. But the impact of a product that helps kids swim doesn’t stop at the edge of the water. Now, every purchase of Frogglez goggles can support WaterStep’s mission to provide safe water and health education to communities around the world. Clean water is the building block of life, a and easy access contributes to better nutrition, improves health, and saves lives.
WaterStep uses a combination of simple purification tools and hygiene training to implement long term water solutions in developing communities. The organization also arms first-responders and disaster relief agencies with the equipment and knowledge to support those in need during a disaster.
Dr. Christian Hahn invented Frogglez after watching his daughter struggle with her goggles during swim lessons. He spent months tackling the problem, creating hundreds of handmade prototypes and testing the fit and comfort on his children before filing a patent for the design. Frogglez Goggles officially launched in 2013, after winning 2nd place at the Grommet Product Launch competition.
Although his days are filled with an elite dentistry practice, Hahn remains an entrepreneur, running Frogglez Goggles and sharing his ideas in a book called Unbox Yourself. Dr. Hahn says, “Many of us take clean water for granted, but after discovering how access to clean water can save lives, make education available, and improve health, I knew this was a project where Frogglez could make an impact. Water safety and safe water are two sides of the same coin, so it made sense for Frogglez to get involved with WaterStep.”
Frogglez goggles changed the way swim instructors teach lessons. Frogglez innovative neoprene split strap allows kids to manage their goggles independently, so instead of wasting precious lesson time fiddling with goggles, swim instructors can devote the full time to swim skills.
Frogglez are the premier swim goggles for kids. Invented by Dr. Christian Hahn in 2013, the innovative goggles are available at major retailers like Target, Walmart, and Academy as well as Amazon.com. Find more information at www.FrogglezGoggles.com.
